Although it may look gross now, I’m brewing up a soup-pot of tea. Green tea bags, freshly picked mint from outside, and a bit of loose dried chamomile for sweetness because I’m aiming to make a sugar/artificial sweetener-free iced tea that tastes like heaven. Also added a bit of lemon juice with it. Once boiled, cooled, and strained it’s going into a gallon jug that I previously had diet Arizona iced tea in. Hopefully this turns out yummy!
Any ideas on how to make it sweeter naturally?Orange peel is a great way to make tea sweeter. I’m not sure if it would go well in this blend, but in general if you add grated orange peel to your tea leaves and brew before straining, it adds a really great flavor.

Meal #2!
2 cups spinach, 1/4 large tomato, 1/2 grated garlic clove, 1 tbsp cream cheese
Put spinach in saute pan, add a spoonful of water, cover and allow to steam for a minute or two, give it a stir once it’s wilty, add tomatoes, garlic, and cream cheese. Allow cream cheese to melt over veggies. Set these aside.
In same saute pan, scramble 1 egg plus 1/4 cup whites.
SERVE. One pan, 10 minutes, SO MUCH DELICIOUS.
160 calories, 4 g carb, 9g fat, 16g protein.
